This Cookie Policy explains how we, Pantry Tracker App (Santiago Domenech-Mejia, sole proprietor), use cookies and similar on-device storage on our website at pantrytrackerapp.com ("the Website") and in our Android app ("the App"). Cookies are small files a website can store in your browser, and similar technologies store data on your device. This Policy works together with our Privacy Policy.
1. Cookies on the Website
The Website sets no cookies of its own. It loads no third-party scripts, fonts, or analytics, and it does not track you across other sites or build an advertising profile. Our hosting and security provider, Cloudflare, may set strictly necessary cookies to protect the Website from abuse and to keep it working, for example to tell real visitors from automated attacks. These are used only for security, not to identify or profile you. Because we set no optional or advertising cookies, the Website shows no cookie consent banner. You can still block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though blocking Cloudflare's security cookies may stop parts of the Website from loading.
2. Storage in the App
The App does not use cookies. To work offline and to remember your choices, it stores data on your device, including your preferences, a local database of your content, and a cache. This on-device storage stays on your device so the App keeps working without a network connection, and it is covered by our Privacy Policy. You can clear it at any time in Android under the app's storage settings, or by uninstalling the App.
3. Advertising identifier in the App
On the free, ad-supported tier, the Google AdMob component may use your Android advertising ID to show and measure ads, including rewarded ads. Android provides this identifier, we do not set it, and you can reset it or turn off ad personalization in Android under Settings, Google, Ads. Paid subscribers do not see ads. Section 8 of our Privacy Policy has more on how ads and this identifier work.
4. Changes and contact
